1. Definitions
“App” means the DealUp AI mobile application. “Service” includes the App, website and related features. “User Content” includes links, text, photos, screenshots and other information you submit. “You” means any person using the Service.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DealUp AI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
DealUp AI helps evaluate valid listings from supported marketplaces in France and Latin America. It may compare market prices, flag missing or inconsistent information, suggest seller questions and messages, and generate a transaction-specific checklist.
DealUp AI does not certify authenticity, ownership, absence of theft or actual condition. A report does not replace your checks. The purchase, negotiation, payment and transaction remain your responsibility.
4. Account
You must provide accurate information, protect account access and use DealUp AI only for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for account activity and may delete your account in the App.
5. User Content
You retain your rights and grant DealUp AI a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, analyze and display the content solely to provide the Service. You must have the necessary rights and avoid unnecessary or unlawful personal data.
6. Prohibited use
You may not submit illegal or harmful content, bypass safeguards or payments, access another account, automate requests at scale, share or resell the Service, disrupt or copy it, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
The price, duration and terms shown at purchase apply. Apple or Google manages mobile payments; RevenueCat processes web billing and access. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
An active subscription permits analyses without a displayed commercial quota but does not authorize automated or bulk use. DealUp AI may proportionately limit objective abuse patterns and suspend serious or repeated violations.
8. Third-party services
Features may rely on marketplaces, Apple, Google Play and AI, extraction, hosting and payment providers. Their terms may apply. DealUp AI is not affiliated with marketplaces and is not responsible for their interruptions or decisions.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, brand, interface and DealUp AI content remain owned by DealUp AI or its licensors. No right to copy, modify, distribute or resell them is granted.
10. Availability and changes
The Service is provided subject to availability. It may change or fail to extract a removed, inaccessible or incomplete listing. Features may be changed or withdrawn.
11. Suspension and deletion
DealUp AI may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, security risk or breach. You may stop using the Service and delete your account in the App.
12. Liability
Automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. DealUp AI is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for the seller, actual condition or your final decision. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect Service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact support first to seek an amicable solution.
