Data we process
DealUp AI processes only the data needed to provide and protect the service. We never store your password or payment-card details.
- account data such as your email address, user ID and sign-in method;
- submitted listings, their photos and content, and public seller information included in the listing;
- messages, screenshots and photos you voluntarily add;
- generated reports, history, subscription status and report feedback you submit;
- limited technical data used to measure usage, diagnose errors and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use this data to create and secure your account, identify a listing, generate and retain your report, manage access and purchases, provide support, improve reliability and measure campaigns.
Depending on the context, processing relies on performance of the requested service, your consent, legal obligations or DealUp AI’s legitimate interest in securing and improving the product.
Mobile advertising attribution
DealUp AI uses the TikTok Business SDK on iOS and Android to measure whether a campaign contributed to an install or selected journey milestones. TikTok may receive technical device and session data, IP address, an advertising identifier when available, and limited events such as install, open, sign-up, sign-in, onboarding completion, analysis start, purchase start or subscription.
We do not send TikTok your email address, phone number, listing link or content, seller information, messages, photos, private media or report content. Automatic events, automatic payment tracking and automatic enriched-data sharing are disabled.
On iOS, cross-app tracking requires your authorization in Apple’s tracking prompt. Refusal does not limit DealUp AI. On Android, you can limit or remove the advertising identifier in device settings.
Usage measurement and diagnostics
Technical events may include the full submitted or canonical listing URL, platform, external ID, extraction status, error code, latency, detected profile and parser version.
They do not contain text around a pasted URL, the full listing description, seller messages or identity, photo URLs, private media, full provider payloads, or analysis instructions and responses.
Service providers
We use providers that process only the data needed for their role, including Clerk, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, Amazon Web Services, Google, extraction and network providers, and TikTok Business.
Where data is processed internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses where necessary.
Retention and deletion
Reports and private media are kept while your account is active unless you delete them. You can delete an analysis or your account in the app. Account deletion removes its analyses and private media, except minimum data required for legal, security or abuse-prevention purposes.
Technical, diagnostic and attribution events are retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. Email support@joindealup.com from the address linked to your account.
Withdrawing advertising consent does not affect your account, analyses or subscription. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
